For the 2007 model year, the Mazda3 gets an exterior freshening, new interior trim and fabric, a new rear center armrest with cupholders, an additional 12-volt power outlet, a standard tire-pressure-monitoring system, available dynamic stability and traction control, and new exterior colors. Mazda also adds a new and high-performance Mazdaspeed3 version with a more powerful engine, standard 6-speed manual transmission, and a more responsive suspension.
